-Preserve in soft onions vinegar lay: (1 part sugar, 1 part lagereddike – cooked with a lot of sliced onions, black pepper, bay leaves, salt. The onions is to be served as garnish with the fried herring) Season the herring with coarse mustard, salt and pepper. Fold in half in the large way, and panned in rugmel and pan-fry in oil untill just done. Tray them up and pour the warm onion & vinegar lay on it and reserve in the fridge until needed a la minute, warm up the herring in the oven for a good 5 minute and serve as show 2 stk / portion.

-Pluck dill & dices fresh apple: As say.
